I love that I can lie down and take a quick nap with this! The multiple variation is great but I just use it mainly for red/NIR. I haven’t seen any visible major improvements (bc it hasn’t been that long and also bc some days I have to skip), but I’m pretty confident it’s helping me to maintain how I look now.

Love this mask! I am no stranger to the light therapy game- it has legitimately changed the look of my skin. How do I know this? It’s the only thing I’ve altered in my skincare routine/ diet in the last 365 days. It’s done wonders for me so I gifted this product to my mom because she didn’t want the full mask. I use it too and just being able to lay under it with no annoying straps to hold it on your head is great. The brightness/intensity goes up high enough to really make an impact. The adjustable stand that you place the panel on is also helpful. The only downside to this one (which is kind of an upside) is that you can’t look at your phone or do work while you wear it. However, it helps with relaxation time and I just listen to some music or a podcast. It forced me to relax and not look at my phone screen before bed!
