Using it has been such a relaxing treat! Just three minutes use in each of your target areas and done. I love that the device is pre timed you turn it on and at each 3 minute interval it pauses then automatically starts for the next section. It will do this three times after the first session so 4 - 3 minute sessions equal to twelve minutes of your time for more radiant youthful looking skin reduces dark circles smooths skin,after time reduction in fine lines, and skin tightness. It renews your skin and helps skincare work better by allowing for better absorbtion. It's my new favorite part of my skincare routine!
