Was a little bit disappointed to find that the lights are not built into the Hat itself and they're more of a separate little piece that you just kind of stick in there would have much rather the lights been built into the Hat the Hat itself is a very nice quality feeling hat feels very durable and fits my head great as is without any adjustment the material looks really nice and it has a very nice deep black to it the lights are extremely bright I don't advise looking at them while it's on

This hat works i can see results in just less than a week...will check out other products from the company as they seem Legit and HQ is i California. You can also adjust the hat with the back felt strap.cheap effective and legityou can also throw a bandana cover on top and no one would be the wiser....Reputable company, and overall for the money great product!

I’ve struggled with hair loss and thinning hair since receiving chemotherapy in 2002. I recently learned about red light therapy (RLT) and started using another RLT product on my hair a few months ago. Amazingly, the short fuzzies began growing. I bought this cap to direct the red light directly into my scalp. It is adjustable and comfortable on my head. I like the preprogrammed modes which makes it easy to use and I don’t need to set a timer.I highly recommend RLT and this RLT cap.

I really love the design of this red light therapy cap. The LED light panel is separate from the cap, so if the original cap doesn’t feel comfortable, you can easily fit the light panel into any standard-sized hat. Good product! It feels warm when using the product, but there's no discomfort. the light cannot be seen from the outside at all and red light growth cap size should be comfortable for most of people. Looking forward to the result.

Convenient for everyday wear

I’ve tried handheld hair growth comb before, but having to hold them in the same position the whole time was honestly pretty annoying. I’ve been using this red‑light hair‑growth cap consistently for several months. Lots of fine baby hairs have grown in now, and my whole head feels fluffy and soft as the new hairs rest on top of the shorter strands. I recently dyed and cut my hair, and I've been noticing some scalp tenderness since doing it--as well as getting a couple of sunburns that just felt like they damaged my hair too. While I don't need to regrow hair, I did want to offer my scalp some TLC afterwards, so I've been deep moisturizing and also using this hat to give my scalp some stimulation to encourage it to grow more so I can grow out some of the damage! I've noticed over the last week that using it has definitely helped a little with getting some new life in it, and it feels like my hair is growing a little better than usual.
